Graham & Damian Silk have owned and operated hotels and bars in Australia for over 20 years and have some of the best contacts in the hotel and brewing game. 

Nick Ricketts is a classically trained and highly experience brewer who commenced his brewing career in Salisbury, England. Nick has worked across the globe for international and local brands and has been the Head Brewmaster at AIB since January 2007.
