Nick Button has joined AIB in the Senior Management role of Head Brewer. Nick commenced his Brewing career at the Oakhill Brewery in the United Kingdom in 1995. Degree qualified in Science (Honours) Nick has demonstrated his ability in best brewing practice matched by an ability to innovate and respond operationally to market demands both locally and at Smiles Brewing Co in Bristol UK. Prior to joining AIB, Nick held a head brewers role for seven years at Malt Shovel Brewery in Sydney under the tutelage of Chuck Hahn.
