Our products are manufactured according to strict control procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure compliance with your specifications.

Once produced is manufactured:

1.  It passes through cartridge filters for sterile or coarse filtration.

3. The product is cooled and carbonated to exacting standards.

4. Every product undergoes a strict quality-testing regime, ensuring that your product reaches the market safely and within the required specification range.

Packaging

We can package bottle variants from 250ml to 1.25L in both glass and PET.

You can choose from screw cap or crown seal capping, in any colour, with a logo or design if desired.

Prior to labelling, the product passes through a pasteurisation tunnel (if required).

We use a self-adhesive labeller with three label stations, so you can choose any combination of front, back or neck labels.

Bottles can be packaged into 4, 6 or 8-packs prior to being boxed, or they can be free packed into a carton.
