Nick Ricketts commenced his brewing career in Salisbury, England. Nick is a classically trained and highly experience brewer and commenced his brewing career in Salisbury, England.
Nick has worked across the globe for international and local brands. At the onset of his career Nick worked for Truman's Brewery in the East End of London. Working initially as brewer before moving into Project Management , Nick was responsible for the design, implementation and installation of new production plant.
Nick then joined Guinness in a senior role to both advise Guinness on the automation of the Harp Brewery at Park Royal and to work on strategic overseas brewery projects. This led to him to move to Huppmann in Germany where he worked on brewery projects in Asia and South America.
The next stage in Nick’s career progression was to Danbrew in Copenhagen, where he worked on brewery projects, big and small. This included designing and project managing the construction of a brewery in Vietnam and then joining the team that built the 4.5mil hl/year brewery for Beer Chang at Kamphangphet in Thailand.
After five years in Denmark, Nick decided to return to the UK where he settled in Yorkshire and worked with ABUK to sell, install and commission new breweries. Nick joined AIB in January 2007

 
         
 

In 1999, Brian established the St Arnou Brewery Restaurant in Auckland. This business was incorporated into a new Australian Brewing Operation, St Arnou Limited, in July 2001.

Brian has in-depth knowledge of the brewing industry, and has earnt the respect of his peers. His excellent reputation both as a brewer and brewing consultant will help our customers get the results they want.
